about trial lesson

I am Megumi Seki,
the president of Happy Roll Academy.

I am proud that Japan has a traditional and wonderful sushi culture, which has brought a new type of art called "Art Sushi”. I was fascinated by the very beautiful and cute art sushi rolls, and I fell in love with them. I am a sushi roll artist and teacher. I love teaching how to make sushi as much as making it. Let's make fun, cute, delicious edible art sushi rolls together!
